Toilets & Hand Washing

  • It is imperative that have an adequate number of flush lavatories, which are connected to an working drainage system.
  • In any rooms where you handle food, toilets must not open directly into that room. You must have an adequate number of sinks, which are for hand wash only and conveniently located.
  • When using sinks for hand washing it is important that they have both hot and cold water, and products for cleaning hands and for hygienic drying.
  • When washing food, it must be washed in a separate sink to the one used for hand cleaning.
