Food Waste
To prevent the build up of food waste you must immediately discard food waste and all other rubbish from rooms where food is present.
You must discard this food waste and other rubbish in containers that can be sealed tightly. These containers should be of appropriate construction, kept in good condition, be easy to clean and disinfect.
You must have satisfactory facilities for storing and discarding food waste and other rubbish. Stores for all waste must be designed and controlled in a way that enables them to be kept clean and free of animals and pests.
